We are at that time again, on the verge of another release from Soul Step Records! 

Let’s talk about SSR-012. Krystal Peterson & The Queen City Band. This band located right here in Cincinnati, OH is characteristically soulful music with fiery female vocals, strong hooks, and contagious beats. 

This release is part of our Cincinnati Brewers Series. If you haven’t been keeping up via our social media feeds, let me share with you our vision.   

On September 4th, Soul Step Records releases the first in their “Cincy Brewers Series.” This vinyl release series will pair Soul Step Records, a Cincinnati brewery, and a Cincinnati musical artist together to create an evening where music and local craft beer will come together to celebrate their shared home, local art, and culture. 

Soul Step will fund and release the local artists’ music on a 7” vinyl single, the artist will play a FREE show in the brewery, and the brewery will release a special beer the night of the concert. Top it all off with souvenir pint glasses from Soul Step Records. 

The first release in the Cincy Brewers Series will be Krystal Peterson & The Queen City Band partnered with Madtree Brewing.
